These Terms & Conditions apply to tickets and attendance at B2B Digital Marketing Association events.

The B2B Digital Marketing Association event takes place on 24–25 November 2026 in Prague, Czech Republic.
The event is intended for business professionals, including digital marketing managers, VPs, CEOs, business leaders and digital transformation professionals. Attendees must be at least 18 years old.
Tickets are sold through b2bdma.com and may be priced in EUR or CZK. Payments are processed through Stripe. A purchase confirmation and receipt will be sent by email.
Tickets are non-refundable.
This does not affect any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Tickets may be transferred to another person free of charge. The new attendee must be at least 18 years old and meet the same professional/B2B eligibility requirements.
If we cancel the event and do not provide a suitable alternative, the ticket price paid will be refunded, less any unavoidable payment or transfer fees that cannot reasonably be recovered.
We may make reasonable changes to speakers, sessions, schedules, venue arrangements or other aspects of the event. Such changes do not automatically entitle attendees to a refund.
The event ticket does not include accommodation, travel or transportation costs. Attendees are responsible for arranging and paying for these themselves.
The event may be photographed and/or recorded. By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings and that these may be used for event documentation and promotion of B2B Digital Marketing Association and future events.
Presentations, recordings and other event materials may be protected by intellectual property rights. Attendees may use materials provided to them for their own professional purposes but may not commercially reproduce or distribute them without permission.
Attendees must behave professionally and respectfully. We may refuse admission or remove an attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, abusive, threatening, unlawful or materially affects other attendees or the event.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost business opportunities, travel or accommodation costs, or loss of personal belongings.
We are also not responsible for the actions or services of speakers, sponsors, partners, the venue or other third parties.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
We are not responsible for cancellation, postponement or changes caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, government restrictions, strikes, serious venue problems or major technical failures.
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of the Czech Republic, subject to any mandatory applicable jurisdiction rules.
